Tana Investment Advisors is an independent, fee-based, registered investment advisor providing investment advisory, wealth planning and fiduciary advisory services. Tana's clients are families, businesses, retirement plan sponsors and foundations. We provide independent and objective investment and fiduciary advisory services by focusing entirely on our clients' objectives and by offering customized solutions.
Tana is not owned by a financial institution and is independent with no obligation to sell products or services that do not meet our clients' objectives. In this way, we seek to eliminate any actual or potential conflict of interest.
Our clients' assets are held in custody at Pershing LLC, a Bank of New York Mellon company. The assets in Pershing custodial accounts are protected from embezzlement and fraud by the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) and, in addition, Pershing provides excess coverage through private insurance carriers.

Azeb Clark is the founder and principal of Tana Investment Advisors. Prior to founding Tana, Azeb was with Morgan Stanley in the Global Wealth Management Group. She previously held positions as a market economist and investment analyst with National Mutual Funds Management, (AXA Investment Management Group) covering eight East Asian markets and managing a fixed-income portfolio for institutional clients. She has worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years in investment management, tax planning and risk management and brings a broad range of relevant experience and a well-rounded set of skills to her clients.
Azeb earned a Masters degree in International Economics and Finance from Columbia University in New York; and, graduated from the State University of New York College at New Paltz with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance. She subsequently completed the financial planning certificate program at UC Berkeley. Azeb holds the series 7, 66 and insurance licenses.
Azeb lives with her husband and two daughters in San Francisco. In her free time, she loves to travel and enjoys gardening and spending time with friends.
